Flash Streamer – Technology from the Future

Daikin's Flash Streamer is the most advanced technology for breaking down allergens, bacteria, and odors. It involves high-speed electrons colliding with pollutant molecules and activating them. In this way, the activated molecules become unstable and decompose into harmless substances. After the air is processed by your Daikin FTXM-A air conditioner, pollutants are broken down, and the air composition returns to the usual ratio of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and about 1% water vapor. This technology is proven to purify the air faster than standard plasma filters.

Environmental care

In combination with innovative technologies, the new Daikin FTXM-A inverter air conditioners also use a new refrigerant - Difluoromethane or R-32. Compared to the widely used R-410A, R-32 reduces the harmful impact on the environment by 68%, measured as global warming potential (GWP), and also provides higher efficiency for each air conditioner in the series.

When people are detected in the room, the airflow automatically changes direction to a zone different from where the detected people are. This prevents direct cold drafts that cause discomfort or cold feet. If no one is detected in the room for 20 minutes, this air conditioner model will automatically switch to an energy-saving function, which adjusts the set temperature to reduce electricity consumption. At the same time, comfortable temperature conditions are maintained in the room, increasing energy efficiency.
